Regulator Training in Tortola
The Offshore Group of Insurance Supervisors (OGIS) ran a Regulator Training seminar at the Long Bay Beach Resort & Villas, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, from 25th to 27th July, 2005 in conjunction with the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS). The seminar was attended by thirty two (32) individuals from sixteen (16) jurisdictions.

Certificate in Captive Insurance Management
Glasgow Caledonian University has produced a course in Captive Insurance Management to supplement the text book by John Parkinson, aimed at anyone with an interest in Captive Insurance. The course is a distance learning course and is supported by University staff via email and correspondence. The cost of the course is six hundred pounds, including the text book. Details are attached, including application forms.
